Texas for All Texans
Her Story
Courtney Head was born into a military family in Honolulu, Hawaii. After her parents’ divorce, her mother returned home to San Antonio, where Courtney was raised with the steady love and guidance of her grandparents. It was there that her earliest lessons were formed. Commitment meant showing up. Honesty meant doing what was right, even when no one was watching. Service meant caring for something larger than yourself.

Why is Courtney running?
"As a mother and a woman in Texas, I have felt the weight of decisions made by our representatives that threaten the freedoms and futures of families like mine. From inadequate healthcare legislation that puts women at risk, to the declining quality of public education, to the instability of our infrastructure systems that families and businesses rely on every day - I could no longer sit on the sidelines. These challenges made it clear to me that Texas needs a revolution in public leadership. Representatives who will actually listen to the people and fight for a future built on fairness, opportunity, and security. That is why I have put my name forward: to create a better Texas not only for my children, but for all children and all people across this great state."
